The Heine BETA 200S ophthalmoscope has a unique optical system. Heine optimizes the Gullstrand principle with aspherical lenses (separation of illumination and observation beam) to completely eliminate corneal and iris reflections. Guaranteed full & sharp image even in small pupils.

The Heine BETA 200S Ophthalmoscope manages higher refractive errors with 28 separate Rekoss Disc lenses mounted on a disc with a 74-step design.

• The Heine BETA 200S Ophthalmoscope has a multi-coated observation lens to avoid light scattering.
• Optical parts are hermetically sealed, dustproof, guaranteed for life with no maintenance required.
• The optical parts of the ophthalmoscope are permanently mounted on an aluminum metal frame, thus ensuring strong shock-absorbing protection of the ophthalmoscope against accidental drops.
• Ergonomic design. Perfect and comfortable adaptation to the eye socket. Continuous and stepless dimming from 100% to 3%, one-handed use.
• Soft socket support. Protects the operator's glasses and stabilizes the ophthalmoscope.
• The Heine BETA 200S Ophthalmoscope has 7 apertures and a separate red cut filter. Suitable for big and small daughters. Available apertures: slit, correction star, cobalt blue filter and red cut filter for improved contrast.
• Lens range: Perfect focus even with large refractive errors.
• Patented aspherical lens system “Aspherical Optical System” (AOS) only by HEINE (US Pat. 4,963,014), eliminating corneal and iris reflections, providing large, clear and blur-free images of bottom.

The product does not come with a power source (battery holder or wall power supply)

Choose2.5V if you wish to connect the head with simple battery handle. Select 3.5V if you wish to connect the head with rechargeable handle. The handle is not included in the package.
