Your 3M™ Littmann® Stethoscope is an investment that should be protected. For your peace of mind, every authentic Littmann purchased from an authorised dealer is covered by a local warranty. Littmann warranty periods vary depending on your stethoscope (periods listed below).
The day of your purchase will establish the warranty start date. This date can be verified on your original purchase receipt. If you discover a material or manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will repair your Littmann stethoscope free of charge. There are exceptions in cases of obvious abuse or accidental damage.
These exceptions include subjecting the stethoscope to:
- Immersion in liquids
- Sterilisation processes
- Drops or impact that would damage the chestpiece
- Improper handling and storage that would damage stethoscope parts
