MIR Minispir New Spirometer with MIR SPIRO PLATINUM software
With 60 FlowMir Turbines. Designed for extensive analysis of respiratory function with the aid of a computer, this is achieved through the direct connection of the device to the computer's USB port, where it works in conjunction with the advanced MIR SPIRO PLATINUM software. This software provides detailed Flow/Volume and Volume/Time curves in real-time, before and after the application of bronchodilation, allowing for the immediate comparison of a multitude of selected parameters directly on your computer. Additionally, it includes free online updates for the software.
The MIR Minispir spirometer is flexible in operation as it can work with both multi-use flow sensors and single-use FlowMir® turbines with an integrated mouthpiece at a particularly low cost. The multi-use flow sensor is detachable and can be sterilized. Calibration is not required as both types of sensors are pre-calibrated.
Ideal for routine examinations with immediate and accurate diagnosis. It features a Pediatric cartoon menu to encourage young patients. It displays the estimation of the "age"/condition of the lungs (ELA). It performs spirometry with a methacholine challenge test. It has an integrated temperature sensor and therefore requires no adjustment. It comes with a carrying case.

MIR SPIRO PLATINUM
The advanced MIR SPIRO PLATINUM® software provides real-time Flow/Volume and Volume/Time curves before and after bronchodilation, alongside comparisons from a broad range of selectable parameters on your computer. User-friendly and fully customizable, the software complies with the latest 2019 ATS guidelines, displays the Lower Limit of Normal (LLN), the z-score, and pre and post score charts for FVC, FEV1, and FEV1/FVC. It includes all sets of predicted values and allows the user to select from a list of 18 options for primary and secondary authors, including GLI, Nhanes, ERS, Knudson, and others. All online updates and manufacturer support are free for one year from the activation date.
