The OtoClear® Spray Wash ear irrigation system allows healthcare professionals to use a soft, conical, triple-stream nozzle. This eliminates discomfort, improves patient safety, and is compatible with a variety of delivery devices.

How Do I Use It?

The most common cause of external ear hearing loss is earwax (earwax plug), which acts like an earplug and can potentially cause ear barotrauma. The traditional irrigation system sprays water directly into the ear canal, which can be dangerous and carries the risk of perforating the eardrum. The OtoClear® ear irrigation system's nozzles direct water towards the ear canal wall in three different streams, rather than spraying directly onto the tympanic membrane.

The nozzle is also designed with soft, flexible material for patient comfort and a conical shape to prevent splashing and excessive insertion.
