MIR Spirodoc with Oximetry Sensor Available

A multifunctional spirometry/oximetry device fully compatible with ATS & ERS standards, the Spirodoc® spirometer and oximeter was developed to serve multiple operating profiles:

  • "Advanced" with parameters for the healthcare specialist
  • "Standard" with common parameters for checks
  • "Simplified" for patient use at home

The spirometer performs all forced and gentle exhalation and inhalation tests, providing a complete set of relevant respiratory parameters (FVC, VC, IVC, FEV1/FVC%, FEV3, FEV3/FVC%, FEV6, FEV1/FEV6%, PEF, FEF25%, FEF50%, FEF75%, FEF25%-75%, etc.) as well as Maximum Voluntary Ventilation (MVV), with accurate interpretation of spirometry results, pre and post bronchodilation (PRE-POST). The ability to store up to ten thousand tests offers benefits for further processing and comparison through a broad base of predicted values. The Spirodoc® spirometer and oximeter operates flexibly, functioning with both multi-use flow sensors and single-use FlowMir® turbines with an integrated mouthpiece at a particularly low cost. The multi-use flow sensor is detachable and can be sterilized.

Complete patient profile

It offers instant saturation estimation with SpO2, pulse, and plethysmogram readings, as well as conducting a 6-minute walk test, with immediate estimation of oxygen needs. It can record patient activity and movement during the test, offering a complete picture of the results. Nighttime oximetry recording is available to detect sleep disorders (Sleep Apnea) with concurrent recording of body posture during sleep. Available with sensors for adults, children, and infants.

It is the unique device that, through its integrated triaxial motion sensor (3D Oximeter®) and oximetry, enables recording of patient activity and movement, providing a complete picture of results. It is the ideal choice for rehabilitation applications, telemedicine, or clinical research. Accompanied by user-friendly software, it offers quick and reliable analysis and presentation of results through a graphical interface. It provides the capability for patient archiving as well as recall/comparison of records.

Advantages

  • 6-Minute Walk Test (for the Oximetry option): Measures cardiorespiratory response, SpO2, pulse, plethysmographs, and oxygen needs. Ability to record patient's activity and movement during the test, providing a comprehensive result overview.
  • Sleep Test (for the Oximetry option): Analysis of desaturation, recorded events, and body position. For detecting sleep disorders (Sleep Apnea).
  • 24-Hour Holter Test: Measures desaturation events during daily activities and translates them into oxygen needs.
  • EHR/EMR Connectivity: Integration with patient databases via computer.
  • Wide Range of Prognostic Sets (GLI) and Predictive Values (comparative %Pred, Z-score, and LLN).

Advanced Features

  • Memory: Capacity for 10,000 spirometry cycles or 900 hours of oximetry.
  • Rechargeable Battery: Long-lasting.
  • USB Connection: For real-time measurements.

Included Accessories

  • Carrying Case
  • License for MIR SPIRO PLATINUM Use (one year with renewal option)
  • Charger
  • Nose Clip
  • Turbines: Multiple-use or 60 disposable turbines (optional)
  • Oximetry Sensor (must be selected): Available for use in adults, children, and infants.

MIR SPIRO PLATINUM
