In accordance with MDF Instruments' policy, we introduce the "Free replacement parts for life" program. This implies that if any component of your MDF stethoscope becomes damaged, we will provide a replacement free of charge, with the only expense being the shipping cost!
Customers wishing to take advantage of this service must send a photo of the broken part, along with the purchase invoice for the product. Once the damage is confirmed, the replacement part will be sent without any financial burden on the customer, except for the shipping cost. In case the customer wishes to receive the replacement part(s) from a service point (wholesale customer - reseller of Advanced or from an Advanced store), then there will be no financial burden!
